Before and After Care extends your child’s learning day while providing high quality care in a safe and fun environment. Students enjoy a snack, down-time and homework time after school.

Howell PAL also offers early dismissal and non school day programs to meet your needs.  

The ELC Before and After care is a ten month annual program which follows the Howell Public School District academic calendar.   The care is offered at several elementary schools throughout the school year.  Care is available from 6:30 a.m. until school starts and from school release until 6 p.m. Tuition is billed and charged on the 1st day of the month but the monthly amount is calculated based on actual daily rates and number of school days in each month per the schedule you select during the online registration process.
